Q: Can you provide customize products I want?
A: Yes of Course. All of our products can support customize (the size, color, craft, logo, etc.)
Q: What about your MOQ? Do you accept mini order?
A: Different products have different MOQ, usually the MOQ of our products is 100-1000 PCS. Of course we can provide mini order,welcome to contact us for order.
Q: Can you customize the size of the products? What should I do if I have no size to customize?
A: Yes we can customize the size of the products, we also have common size of the products for customer reference.
Q: How can I sent my design to you?
A: You can send PDF or AI document to the our customer service, or please contact our customer service to sent to our email.
Q: What’s your production time?
A: For the hang tag and label usually it will take around 7 working days, the exact production time will depends on the product,material and craft. You can contact our customer service for the detail.
